Each bullion bar purchased and stored through BMG is fully allocated to the purchaser, ensuring direct ownership and legal title (see Allocated Account for details). Unlike much of the precious metals held globally, which are stored in unallocated accounts, BMG’s allocated storage model provides security and ownership transparency.

In the unlikely event of custodian bankruptcy, holders of unallocated bullion become unsecured creditors. However, BMG’s allocated bars ensure clients maintain full legal ownership, protecting their bullion from third-party claims.
